The Three Little Rabbits

I have been learning how to retell a story. I changed The Three Little Pigs to The Three Little Rabbits.

I have been working on putting in lots of detail by choosing the best word. I have been stretching my perseverance muscles and my revising muscles by re reading my writing to check it makes sense.

Please read my story.

Early in the morning mother rabbit said “get up and get your gears ready you're going to go and find your own house!”

“Aaaaah! Mum do we really?” cried the howly bags.   

Yes you haff to. Then the rabbits  got ready to build there houses. The first little rabbit made his house out of straw from a farmer. Then the other little rabbit went to find some branches of a man that was cutting down branches . then the last little rabbit saw a man that had allowed (a load) of bricks then they all made their houses.Then A big bad hairy wolf (saw) a house made out of straw then he knocked on the door and said little rabbit little rabbit come open your door but then he said ow huff and puff and blow your house down. Then the youngest rabbit ran to the  other big brother then the big hairy wolf came along and (saw) a house made out off  branches then he knocked on the door. and said ow huff and puff and blow your house down. Then the branches blow away. then they boff ran to the other  big brothers house that was made out of bricks then the rabbits said open your door because there is a big hairy wolf chasing after us so open it quickly open it. then the big rabbit opened the door. then the big hairy wolf said ow huff and puff

and our blow your house down then the big hairy wolf climb up the house and wente down the chimney then the rabbits lite a fire and then they put a big bowl. and put water in so it can boiled then he came down then the wolf got down then his tale got bernt.
